Bavaria blu is the famous soft-cheese specialty with flavourful blue mould from the Bavarian Alps. This delicate cheese is the result of the craftsmanship of our seasoned master cheese-makers, as well as attention to detail and quality in every step of the process. You can find this cheese at the deli cheese counter and the pre-pack counter of your local supermarket.
