Melted Cheese Pork Skewers
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 16 small cherry tomatoes
- ½ medium size courgette
- 1 red pepper
- ½ onion
- 500g filet of pork, kitchen-ready
- 3 bis 4 tablespoons oil
- mill salt and pepper
- 1 teapsoon finely chopped rosemary
- 250g Bonifaz Pepper, sliced

Step 1
Set your oven to the grill function. Wash the cherry tomatoes and courgette, chop into ½ cm thick slices and chop each in half. Wash the pepper and remove the seeds. Peel the onion and dice in 2cm cubes. Dice the pork filet in 2cm cubes.
Step 2
Skewer the ingredients in an alternating order. Fry in oil over a medium heat for approx. 8 minutes all round, place on kitchen roll to drain and add salt, pepper and rosemary.
Step 3
Place in a baking dish and cover with the Bonifaz Pepper slices. Bake on the top shelf for 1-2 minutes.
Tip: Tastes delicious with a glass of medium-dry white whine
