Peaches with Bavaria blu and thyme



  • 4 peaches
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • few drops lemon juice
  • 150 g (5 oz) Bavaria blu “Fitness“
  • 8 springs of thyme
  • 80 g (2,5 oz) raspberries


  • aluminium kitchen foil

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2
Wash, halve and stone peaches. Put every two halves on a piece of aluminium kitchen foil, sprinkle them with brown sugar and drop some lemon juice on the peaches.

Step 3
Cut Bavaria blu “Fitness“ into eight slices and cover the peaches - each halve with one slice of cheese and one sprig thyme. Close the foils, put them on a tray and bake them 20-30 minutes in the preheated oven. Afterwards open the foil and add some raspberries. Serve hot.

Very delicious combined with yoghurt or buttermilk ice cream.
