Obazda blue cheese spread

• 150 g Bavaria blu
• 150 g Bavaria blu tasty blue
• 80 g cream cheese
• 1 small onion
• 70 g soft butter
• 4 cl Bavarian Weissbier
• Chives
• Salt, pepper
• Caraway
• Marjoram
• Chilli

Preparation
Finely dice the onion, chop the chives. Finely dice both Bergader Bavaria blu cheeses. Cream the butter. Mix in the diced onion, chives, cheese and the beer. Season with salt, pepper, caraway, chilli and marjoram. There you have your Bavarian-style Obazda cheese spread!
