- 200 g ready-made puff pastry

- 40 g breadcrumbs
- Salt, ground caraway
- mill pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon cream
- 4 tablespoons milk

Work in the remaining Bavaria blue and breadcrumbs again as above and leave to rest for a further 5 minutes. Use a cutter to cut out christmas stars and place onto a baking tray lined with baking paper approx. 1-2 cm apart. Stir the egg yellow with 1 tablespoon of cream and 2 tablespoons of milk and lightly brush the stars with the mixture. Sprinkle with sesame, caraway or poppyseed as you wish. Place in a pre-heated oven and bake for approx. 10 minutes at 220° C until golden brown.
